La Ristra is a family owned and operated New Mexican Kitchen that honors traditions and cuisines of New Mexico and modern-day advancements in culinary greatness. Our recipes have been in our family for generations and we are excited to share them with you. Every year we go back to the Land of Enchantment to purchase the finest green chili, and again in late fall for the fiery reds. With diligence and experience we roast the chili to perfection and use it as our main ingredient to enhance our cuisine. In any dish you will be able to taste some influence from old Spain and the evident flavors of New Mexico. Also, we provide several tasty non-spicy options that will please the palate of everyone.
New Mexico tends to have some of the spiciest chile in the world, so you can count on every bite of salsa to have a little kick and a burst of flavor. We offer red and green salsa, and when it is paired with our warm fresh tortilla chips the taste is unbeatable. Armed with domestic and international beers, margaritas, and over 150 different types of tequilas, our cantina is sure to have just the drink to compliment any meal.
